Copper State Fit provides excellent exercise and nutrition programming for people with various fitness goals. My goal is to get stronger, add muscle and drop some body fat. All are happening due to the exercise and nutrition programming that Adam Petropolis the founder of Copper State Fitness provides!!!

The Copper State FIT group programming has been fun, challenging and rewarding. It has been instrumental in helping me to gain strength, and increase my endurance. The community aspect of the programming has pushed me to reach new levels. It keeps me accountable daily and I enjoy seeing how others in the group have done that day too. I also love how it takes the guess work out of my daily work out routine; no more wasting time wondering "what should I work on today?" It's all spelled out and there's actully a method behind it all! It's like having a personal coach right on my phone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Adam quite a few years ago. He is probably one of the most genuine people that I know. He truly cares about his clients and only wants them to succeed in their goals. He is positive force and is pretty tough while in training mode. But is worth it. He makes it easy to understand food programs and give easy suggestions and recipes. I cannot wait to work with Adam again.
