They took some dead trees out of our yard and repaired our fence in the back. They were very friendly and did a great job. They left the yard looking even better than it did before.Dec 10, 2016
It was really fun. The first time I hired Tiana to teach a spray painting class at my "Arts Lunch" group that my friends and I have every Saturday where we take turns hosting lunch along with an art or craft activity and it can be hard to think of new things every time. She gave us a group rate which was a pretty good deal. everyone had a lot of fun, she was a great teacher she was engaging and the lesson was easy to follow. I recommend her if your planning something similar, youll be amazed at how easy it is to make those pictures they make on the boardwalk or at fairs. she brought stencils, and some other supplies and we each picked out one spray paint color ahead of time (there are 5 of us) plus black and white. Get some neon collors if you can it really makes the planetspop pop. The next month I had her teach an acrylic painting class. she bad us do portraits from pictures where we had the option to trace the picture or do it by hand and she was very good at explaining explaining how to use the colors when blending them and even though mine came out a little cunny looking it was so much fun. iI plan on using her again the tthenext time its my turn tohost. I definitely recomment it.Aug 20, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We take a look at each situation, factor in the time and equipment it will take, and then try to offer the most affordable option to our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We meet with the customer and have them show us what it is they want done and answer their questions. Then we ask clarifying questions and offer expert advice and information helpful to the situation. Once all of that is done we inform them of the best way to achieve their desired result, and explain what we plan to do, and listen to any questions, comments or concerns they may have about the process. At last we agree on the best solution and proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The owner/ operated of Brownwood has over 35 years of experience in his trade. He is especially an expert in dead tree removal and making sure they don't destroy anything when they fall. But he's not good with computers, which is why I, his 2nd in command, am the one who has drafted this profile. I have done tree trimming for 3 years, mostly aesthetic tree trimming and pruning as well as landscaping and landscape design. I especially enjoy the creative aspect of working with trees and landscapes.
