The facility is top notch. This is a full service training facility. Lots of great equipment, tools, and personal attention, dietary guidelines and monitoring. The trainers are friendly and engaging. The body scan was highly informative and provided a good starting point. The programs offered are varied and based on your time and financial availability. I'm very pleased with my experience thus far.
