We have a standard price book that our technicians must access before being able to provide pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First approach is to make the customer feel that they are taken care of and they are our number one priority. Our technicians will take the necessary time to evaluate the problem and always provide an estimate and will ask for a written approval prior to starting the work. They can rest assure that there will never be any hidden costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained and required to stay current on education pertaining to every aspect of plumbing. Our senior technician has over 30 years of experience.
