I had the ultimate computer meltdown. My apple iTunes would not accept iTunes with windows 10 and my work CRM software was gone along with my 30 plus years of relationships. After spending literally a week with my inexpensive and incompetent Apple and ACT tech support, it could not be fixed. Both companies literally could not transfer me to anybody else to solve the problem. When I called Leor he removed into my computer online & first saved my data, actually he cloned the hardrive. After getting to the point of a dead end, Leor decided it was time to save me from a larger bill with time and wipee my hard drive and reload windows 10. I am back up and running and doing business. What a relief as events like this can destroy your work week. His ability to communicate and understand the problem was incredibly helpful vs having to re-explain things with a tech company that had to keep transferring me without positive results. If you need somebody who can solve a problem, and be honest about time and outcome, Leor is the person for the job.

Our first server administrator left our server out of date and vulnerable to attack. Not only did Leor get us up to date, he kept us informed of what and why he was doing what needed to be done. He takes the mystery out of the server room and made us feel more in control. Thanks Leor!

Leor was able to save all the information on my failing hard drive and delivered a working computer exactly the way it looked when I gave it to him (only much faster). There were a lot of issues with the laptop and compatibility with the solid state drive we tried to get installed. He troubleshooted, called Apple and other friends and resources until he was able to safely transfer all of my data and save my information on the new system. His price was more than reasonable (he did not charge me for any of the download/lag time and he spent quite a few hours more on the laptop than he charged me for) and was very communicative throughout the entire process. My only complaint is how far he lives from me! Thank you Leor for the honest work, for your expertise, and for your kindness.
