Jim and Emily have been phenomenal from the start. I am going on my 3rd month with them and have been very pleased with the attention to detail, flexibility and most importantly, results. I have been working out for a short time, but can say that i am already seeing results. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our quoted price is your total price, there are no "add-ons". Your initial consultation with us is FREE, and no obligation to buy. We won't even give you a "big sales pitch". We will ask you a lot of questions, and tell you how we would work with you. then you can decide if you want to work with us, or not. There is no "long-term" commitment. There is a discount for paying monthly. *** If you have a gym membership, a home gym, or a fitness facility where you live or work; we have a program where you workout with us once a week, and we provide you with workouts to do "on your own" at the location of your choice***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make contact with each other (by phone, text message, or on this site). We answer any questions you may have at that time. Together, we schedule an appointment for either an in-person FREE consultation, or a phone consultation. You decide if we are right for you! If YOU decide "YES": 1. We work out a schedule that fits you, your schedule, and your needs. 2. We fill out the required paperwork, and discuss payment options. If YOU, or we, decide that we are not right for you: 1. We part ways as friends. We listen to you every step of the way. Every exercise has a purpose in getting you to your goal, and each workout is specifically designed for you and achieving your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Jim: 20 years experience in physical training of people from all walks of life, overcoming every possible hinderance. This includes years as a Physical Fitness Trainer and Remedial Physical Fitness Trainer for US Marines and Navy Special Intelligence, Special Project Operators. Currently holds a Certificate of Training from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Emily: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University (one of the top 20% of programs in the United States). While at Ball State, she volunteered as a Personal Training Assistant at DC Barbell, Studio 22, and with the Ball State Athletics Strength and Conditioning Facility. Prior to graduation, she completed a 500-hour internship under Brad Warner at the prestigious WarnerFit Studio. Both are constantly continuing to stay up to date on new methods and science through additional high level certifications and education.
