My garage was overflowing and I did not want to put items in storage. A storage building behind my house would work. I asked Frank if he could do it. He not decided he could build it, but he also drew up several different places where it could work in the yard. Then, when I told him what I needed and he saw the items that needed to be stored close, he drew up a quick sketch of what could be done. He was on time with the work and he finished before his deadline. It is truly nice to have a place to put my cars once again.
Then, when I needed the outside painted, he also did a thorough and good job. Based on the work of previous painter, I suspect Frank's paint job will last several more years longer.
