I contacted Jose to fix my HVAC unit that broke randomly. Before him, I had a big repair company guy take a look who did a quick diagnosis and said my compressor broke and I need to replace it. I have warranty so I wasn't too worried but I felt a bit suspicious and hired Jose for a second opinion. Jose came on time and found the real cause (faulty SafeT switch and also drainage plumbing getting blocked) and fixed it. In the mean time, since I bought an upgraded Tstat that actually made things a bit more complicated, but Jose took the time and worked non-stop for almost an entire day to get it right and fix it. I greatly admire his work ethic and honesty and recommend him 100%.

I contacted AirKool Services to check my heater that was not working . Previous company that came out said my board, or circuit board needed to be replace . First company I called never came back and I was not able to get them to return my calls. I contacted jose with AirKool instead. He mention that the board was not the issue . My issue was the gas valve not letting gas in. Thanks to jose my heater is working again and I can now sleep warm. I recommend AirKool Services to anyone that wants someone honest and will not try to sell you random parts not needed. Thank you Jose for helping us with our heater. I’ll be using AirKool for future issues from now on.

Jose with Airkool Services came to diagnose my heater that was not working . First company I called said I needed a new furnace. I wanted a second opinion. Jose diagnose a bad gas valve and replaced it that same day. My heater is working now thanks to Jose. Thank you Airkool Services for being a honest company. I am a customer for life.
