I do monthly specials, group discounts, paid in full discounts and payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take each costumer and developed a workout plan customized to them. Everyone's body is different, therefore each session is different. I like to get to know my clients on more than a first name basis and truly help change their lives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-LSU Kinesiology/ fitness studies degree program -National Academy of Sports Medicine certification -Experience in training various clients as well as myself
