Booked the service, then at the time the service was supposed to be performed, he informs me that I am not in the service area. I provided all of the necessary information at the beginning of the exchange. When I told him this, he proceeds to tell me I am lying. I then sent a screen shot of the conversation showing exactly when I gave him the requested information. I needed this done today, and turned down other offers only to find out hours later that he wouldn't do the work we agreed upon. Now I am ledt scrambling to find someone to take care of this. Terrible service.

i started by cutting my neighbor grass when i was little and as the years when by and pick up a couple more yards, it popped in my mind to get bigger with this and open up a company, so here i am working my way up, and to keep my costumer happy and satisfied with the job
