Introduction: Hi! I here’s a little about me and my experience: I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from LSU, and also worked at the LSU math lab as a student, tutoring other students. I gained many students for private tutoring since, and have many references available upon request, as well as some reviews below. I’ve been tutoring for about 7 years, and focusing on it full time for the past year. I have found that helping students who have lost their confidence with math and seeing them excel is one of the most rewarding things, and I truly enjoy it. I have passed the PRAXIS content knowledge exams for being a certified mathematics teacher for grades 7-12. I would love to help you or your child succeed and have a positive outlook on math! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $35 an hour. Discounts are available if tutoring more than 3 hours a week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting will be to assess: 1. where the struggles are 2. how consistent the student is with homework 3. what type of study tools the student responds to 4. formulate a game plan (how much tutor time is needed, etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelors' Degree in Mathematics -pass PRAXIS mathematics grades 7-12 content knowledge exam for teachers -200+ hours of tutoring experience privately -group tutoring at the LSU math lab
