I called Robert to install my appliances, water heater, & fixtures. He responded the same day & came in a day or two to start the job. His work quality is top notch & he was very clean. There was no boxes, paper, or materials left laying around for me to pick up. But what I was most impressed by is that he had to come back the next day just to install one screw on & he didn’t invoice me until it was done. That spoke volumes & I will be calling him on my next project.

Robert installed a new gas hotwater heater for me and he did a really good job in little time.. The HWH I purchased the night before was damage and I had to return it, he was patient. Great guy and conversationalist and also thank you for helping me with the cabinent. :-) God Bless

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First, upon my arrival, I collect a $50call out fee that is waived if hired. After the call out fee is collected, I perform a thorough inspection of the situation to find out exactly what is wrong so I can provide an accurate estimate and to answer any questions that the customer may have. 2. I will then provide you with a detailed estimate. 3. Once the estimate is accepted. We will then set up a date and time convenient for you so I can perform the work. ✅ All of my prices are competitive to local licensed and insured plumbing companies. ✅ Prime Plumbing Repair is proud to be fully licensed and insured.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
✅ I graduated from a 5-year Apprenticeship through the Local Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Union where I was taught the proper procedures of all plumbing aspects, from the installation of various piping systems to repairing/replacing fixture parts, and installing various brands and styles of fixtures. Furthermore, I was educated and Licensed by the State of Louisiana in Plumbing and Natural gas. ✅ I complete continuing ed yearly to stay updated. ✅ I have 20 plus years of experience. ✅ I installed a vast portion of the plumbing at the new VA hospital, University Medical Center and numerous restaurants in the Greater New Orleans Metro area including; Palace Cafe, Commander’s Palace, and Mr. B’s to name a few.
