FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We truly believe that every case is different, however for some areas there is a basic fee structure. It is best to discuss this in person at your no cost consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client presents a unique situation, however we always start off with a short telephone conference to identify whether we as an attorney can help the client. An in person meeting is always next because there is no better way to understand each other than sitting across from one another. All first consultations are at no charge and it is at that time that we explain how the process works, the fees which may be involved and answer any questions. We maintain multiple locations in all of the areas we serve to meet with the client and have early/late as well as weekend hours to accommodate the client's schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended three (3) years of Law School, passed the Florida Bar Exam and have certain continuing education requirements which allow me to stay well informed on the law. The staff here has over 20 years experience in the legal community and we maintain relationships with attorneys from other states who at times may work on a specific area of law offering their expertise.
