Introduction: I have been serving the yoga and wellness community for more than 15 years. In private or small group classes with me, we focus on breath and proper alignment. Each session is catered to your changing physical and emotional needs. It is my goal and pleasure to create an open and safe environment to learn while being challenged in a way that suits your individual needs. I use guided meditation for relaxing, hands on adjustments and props to accomplish poses with the support needed, gentle massage to ease discomfort and medicinal aromatherapy to aid in physical and emotional support.
I am a medicinal aromatherapist which means I have deeply studied the use of plant medicine to aid in the function of the physical and emotional well being of the body. Through the use of therapeutic grade essential oils I create a variety of custom blends to promote both acute, specific and overall healing and nontoxic care of the body and home. I have deep pride and joy getting to know my students personally so that I am able to respect and honor their changing needs.
