I've hired Adair and so far I'm very pleased his work. He's the type of trainer, who listens and let's you be comfortable with the level of your capabilities. He is not the kind, that will destroy you the 1st day, so you can't move next day and you will never work out again, it's actually opposite. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes my standard pricing is 480 per month for 12 sessions, or 800 a month for bringing a friend/partner/spouse. I can adjust if you want more sessions or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to ask questions to see what they want to accomplish with the fitness training and tailor a program to fit them individually. I am also a teacher/tutor so I have great people skills and listening skills and I am very patient. You need these qualities to be a great personal trainer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?No formal, more self taught but I do train a lot of friends who have suggested I be a personal trainer because of my knowledge and the results they got. I have shown them proper technique and breathing techniques that maximize gains. I can give you their numbers for contact upon request. I have also never injured myself training either and I have worked out for many years, it's a way of life for me.
