Joe is my go-to-guy to repair / install everything around the house sans electric work (well, he did mount a tankless water heater with existing breaker & electrical wires).
I've worked with him on & off for about three years now and have zero complaints.
He has always finished every project he has started and has worked weekends / stayed late to meet my deadlines.
Scope of work done -
Fencing / landscaping
Exterior & interior painting
Siliconizing roofs & fixing roof leaks
Plumbing including installing garbage disposal, touch sensitive faucets, utility sink, soldering copper pipes

Joe was great. Showed up on time, got the project done and left everything as clean as it was when he arrived. It's hard to find a good handyman in Miami Beach. Joe came the same day and I'll definitely be calling him again!
