- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are regulated by the State of Florida. We charge a small percentage of the recovery. If we are not successful in obtaining a recovery, there is no charge to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Public Adjusters are licensed through the State of Florida. Most of our adjusters have over 10 years of experience and have worked for various insurance companies before representing consumers. Our adjusters regularly go through different training courses throughout the year to make sure that we are always improving our knowledge of the claims process and construction so that we can do the best job possible for our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young practicing attorney, I always enjoyed being in the field more than the office. Public Adjusting seemed like a good opportunity to represent clients and be out of the office. Myself and our entire firm are very passionate about what we do.
