- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Pricing depends on the type of work that is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and situation is different, so our my solutions as far as doing business. If I am working on a project to project basis, I usually meet or talk over the phone with the client, get as much information about the job as possible. I then work on a quote, and if the client agrees, I send over a contract and request a 50% payment be made in advance. If the client becomes a regular, I usually bill them after the work in completed, and establish an hourly rate for future jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Communication Arts, and a MFA in painting. I have been working in the industry for 16 years now, and have experience working for clients on a contractual basis, and also as a full-time permanent employee.
