Hi! My name is Lanie Morgenstern, and this is my story.
I'm a professional coach who decided to punch out of my corporate career and change my place in the world. I've always had an affinity for helping colleagues and a lifelong talent for coaching, consulting and connecting.
For more than 20 years, I was a global public relations executive, working and traveling extensively for numerous Fortune 500 companies. My job was to speak to thousands of people. Whether I was in San Francisco or Sao Paulo, I recognized a pivotal shift in thinking around the globe. Specifically, tthat many of the people I met were not living life to its full potential and simply clocking it in, whether that was at work, at home, or life in general.
I founded my company, Lion's Compass, specifically for the privilege of working with individuals who are searching for grander possibilities in their lives. I help people who are feeling stuck, frustrated or discontent, who want to know how to love and trust themselves more, and who are willing to consider new ways of perceiving and interpreting life.
I have coached CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and stay-at-home moms wanting to transition back into the workforce. I've also consulted hundreds of individuals and small business owners on strategic marketing and created communications campaigns to help grow and promote their enterprises. I work with clients worldwide in person, via phone or Skype.
