- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are standard prices for every individual job. However prices are subject to change depending on current condition of the area that client would like services rendered. Keep in mind is not always have to be higher it can be lower. That is the reason we avoid sending quotes to avoid quote changes. We strongly believe in having an interpersonal conversation. Therefore we prefer to travel to you for a Free Onsite Estimate, discuss, show you different options depending on the project, and answer any questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main focus is Excellent Customer Service. Our practice and preference is to go to site to give an accurate free estimate. We strongly believe that visual estimate are more concrete for some request depending on the services they would like rendered at their Residential, Commercials, hotels, community homes and motor homes. This will allow us to give a recommendation and options if applicable or / and satisfy the clients request. However, provide Customer Service, Respect, Flexibility, Accommodation, and ready and Happiness are our Goals. We speak English and Spanish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Victoria, Center 1 C& D General Manager Estimating Services Consultant I have been working and referring General Contractors with over 35 years of experience in their area of expertise. If you notice I do not add license number because the job varies based on request. The General Contractor(s) will provide the license once the onsite Free Estimate is scheduled. However I do ensure their company are fully insured and License are up to date. You don't have to worry about getting the permit to start and or after project is completed approved. I ensure that they provide High End Quality Work. However my main focus and goal is to ensure overall Customer Service Satisfaction is given to all my clients.
