FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All cases are paid with a retainer, contract signed, which normally standard of 4 hours minimum on case, at the end of the 3rd hour we contact the client and ask if they which to continue case or stop at the 4 hour mark. If client wishes to proceed we either continue on the retainer provided or client pays within that hour for additional hours. Cases within the county the first two hours of traveling are at n/c, thereafter the mileage is at an additional cost approx. 0.48 to 0.51 per mile (not included in retainer); hotel expenses if case takes us out of town, client has to cover these expenses which is separate from the hourly rate, retainer. If case is more than two days (10 to 12 hours per day) we are flexible and we work lowering our hourly rate. Hourly rate on surveillance ranges from $75. an hour and up (for hours minimum). Flat rates for background research / courthouse research; undercover investigations in-office / retail the hourly rate differs. We sit with our clients and give them the best price to accommodate their case needs. ***If case goes to court, again the hourly rate is $75.00 minimum of 4 hours, and thereafter as long as the investigator in court.***
