- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer prior to appointment to ask about their special day and look(s) desired. We discuss specifically the day's attire, accessories, product choices, and color ranges that work the best for the the client's skin tone and needs. I also ask for reference photos so I can pinpoint customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Bachelor's in Marketing *20+ years in makeup artistry for photography, art, stage, fashion show, video, and film *9 years / 17 seasons NY Fashion Week *15 years of makeup artistry training experience *5 years fine arts training in drawing and painting *Extensive customer service experience *MAC-Certified up to fashion-show and editorial- I am able to do makeup on all skin tones.
