Second time using this company. They have kept my house bug free :). Guarantee was for 2 months, didnt see a live insect for 8. I reached out and received a response within 2 hrs. Exterminator showed up on time. He thoroughly checked the house and made sure he sprayed areas where insects can gain access inside. Will use this company again.

Can’t say enough about this company. They are not only by far the cheapest in Miami, but also professional and have a high standard of customer care. They came in to Survey the property to give me a quote as so did other exterminator companies did. Ya, came in a lot cheaper than anyone and did exactly what they promised. No hidden fees, no price jack. Very professional and the best customer service. I am so pleased with this company. 10 out of 10 👍👍👍👍👍Forget about any of the other pest control companies that are going to charge you nearly double what Ya, charged me. In asking around, Ya!Pest has the best price with a one year guarantee around. The person who showed up was efficient and seemed knowledgeable. No bug issues yet. I would recommend their services and work with them again.

They are great and don't charge an arm and a leg for their services. The technician was very courteous and professional. I even asked them to do an additional service and treat my lawn fon the spot for bugs too. I have dogs, so that was important to me. They will be doing my service from now on. I am so glad I found them because I talked to so many companies that were price gouging.
