Introduction: I have over ten years of experience in the culinary industry. I graduated from a American Culinary Federation apprenticeship program in Keystone Colorado where I lived and work in restaurants such as the Ski Tip Lodge, Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Ranch all of which are AAA, four diamond Rated Restaurants. I also led the culinary competition team to state for two consecutive years while training. After Graduating I worked in resorts from Minnesota to Vail Colorado. Once I moved to Miami I was a Sous chef For the Celebrity Chef Micheal Mina at the Iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach. With years of experience I can bring a lot of different variations of flavors and presentations into your home from a casual cocktail party to a fine dining dinner party to entertain all of your guests. I am a honest professional Chef that is sure to impress.
I enjoy cooking and entertaining because everyone always gathers around food and loves the experience of different flavors and ideas. People gather around the kitchen to socialize with thier friends and family no matter the occasion. I have been cooking for quiet some time and I love the creativity aspect as well as the challenges cooking can present. Food is a wonderful thing that we all love and enjoy so I figured why not do something that makes people happy in many different ways.

Thanks to chef AJ I was able to organize a great dinner party for my colleagues and I. The food was delicious, everyone loved it. It was really easy to communicate with him about what we wanted. Would definitely use his services again for another large party.

When Chef AJ does an event for you, everything goes off without a hitch. The food is great, the chef is creative and your guests are impressed. I will personally use him every time I need something catered, whether its a private chef dinner, a cocktail party or something more extensive. I can enjoy my dinner or party without the stress of having to worry if everything will turn out good and on time.

My experience with AJ went fantastically. He was readily available to speak and offer tips to plan and make the night go off perfectly.
We had very high expectations when we hired AJ and he exceeded them. We hired him to do an in-home cooking class for me and my wife to celebrate my wife's birthday. His experience and professionalism was apparent in every aspect. The experience was fantastic and the food was even better. AJ walked us through and showed us the proper technique and explained what and how each course was made. After the preparation, AJ plated the food the way they would at any fantastic restaurant and served us the food we had made.
I would highly recommend him - and already have to many close friends. Would definitely call him again when the situation arises.
