I came to Iana, the owner, during the hardest time of my life with my husband. New baby, new home, no sleep and no sex. We loved each other but we didn't like each other very much. I was ready to walk out. Iana was incredible. She blunt, and just because she's a woman doesn't mean she took my side. My husband loved how objective she was. She's effective and kind but she knows her stuff and she's adamant that you succeed. It was just we needed! She also taught us meditation which we've held onto and find it's been incredible as a way for us to bond and bring some calm into our home.

Our first session is a consultation. Through easy, and simple conversation, you let me know why you are ready to work with me and what your desired results are. We then create a schedule that works best for you and your life and we set our first phone or Skype session.
