- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fairly flexible with my rate since every client is different and they have different goals. If you’re unsure about getting started, I would suggest sharing the hour with a friend a few times (group workouts are lower cost overall). Or try a few workouts together and learn all you can, and continue with me on a once a week, month, or quarter "update your plan" sort of deal. Get in touch & we can discuss more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss your goals. You will show me what you currently do and how often. Then we begin developing a plan that works with your goals, your lifestyle and your timeline. Then it’s just a matter of sticking to the plan and meeting at set intervals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications in fitness... ISSA is my most current certification. I studied biomedical engineering in college (the study of the mechanics of the body). I have a deep knowledge of self-help, motivation and lifestyle engineering
