- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, for thumbtack users, our prices are reduced, with management being at $109 per month, and regular leasing services at $549 per lease.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, we get in touch with the property owner first, and get their basic information, as well as go over what they need done, whether it is tenant placement, management, or both. Then, taking into consideration the size of their property, location, and number of units, we forward them a comprehensive quote package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Company is co-owned by me, Andre Arancibia, and Christopher Wyche. We are both Licenced Real Estate Agents. Our Broker-of-Record is Dwight K. Mobley (License: BK621079)
