- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will start by evaluating you on your physical capabilities. I will also weigh you and calculate your body fat % to have a baseline to better track your progress as we move forward together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Major in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I've had the pleasure to work and learn from many personal trainers and athletic trainers, that have bestowed to me knowledge in weight loss, muscle building and toning/maintaining.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been on my own health oriented journey for about 6 years now. I weighed 258lbs at 16 years of age. At the point of prediabetic I decided to make my own changes slowly but surely I started to lose the weight and it was rough but well worth it. My ultimate goal is to help you go through the process without hitting those mental blocks, and all my clients succeeding
