Andres is by far the most energetic and motivating trainer you will find. He helped me reach my goal of 5lbs of muscle mass and dropped 7% body fat in 8 weeks. It was mentally tough at first, but Andres really gets involved with you all around not just when you're physically present with him. He sends motivational texts and is on top of you 24/7. The facility where he trains is very professional, clean, and has an inviting vibe. Training with Andres is definitely worth investing your time and health to become better than you are now! I’ve had several physical trainers throughout the years but Andres has honestly been the best. He is so supportive and motivating and truly cares for each and every client. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will start by evaluating you on your physical capabilities. I will also weigh you and calculate your body fat % to have a baseline to better track your progress as we move forward together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Major in Exercise Science and Nutrition. I've had the pleasure to work and learn from many personal trainers and athletic trainers, that have bestowed to me knowledge in weight loss, muscle building and toning/maintaining.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been on my own health oriented journey for about 6 years now. I weighed 258lbs at 16 years of age. At the point of my life I was prediabetic, I decided to make my own changes slowly but surely I started to lose the weight and it was rough but well worth it! My ultimate goal is to help everyone go through the process without hitting those mental blocks, and rough patches that we all encounter. I want all my clients succeeding!
