- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the going rate in our market. I don't feel that a discount is needed in our industry because I perform at a high level and help customers maximize their profits. I am always available for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With sellers: I complete a complete analysis of their property, share with them a market comparable analysis which will help up us make a decision on how much the property is worth and how to go to market. With buyers: I make sure that they receive a mortgage Pre-qualification and I complete a search in the multiple listing system specifically for them. I assist in coming up with the right offer and walk them through the intire process until they get their keys.

I am a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
