- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Thumbtack clients receive special pricing on all of our packages. Social Media Packages Range between $500 - $1,500 per month. This includes content creation, management, and much more. Web Design Packages range from $499 - $2,000+ This depends on the website you want, the integrations needed and the complexity of the design. Our current avg. price for website sits at $1,300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You're assigned a Customer Success Manager (All of them are AMAZING!) this will be your point of contact to set-up your entire profile and much more. You will have a scheduled onboarding call; here we discuss your current needs, what your goals are and how we can accomplish them. Then we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several departments; Mainly our social media department is trained on facebooks blueprint course, twitters flight school, and we have a special team member that is a LinkedIn certified professional recruiter. Within our web development team, we have WordPress/Shopify experts, Wix certified designers and we require the certification & qualification course through Google to be completed. They are completely certified and trained in all of googles business applications. Including and not limited to Google Adwords and Googles Analytics. We have the team to make your vision a reality.
