FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I attempt to work within my potential client’s budget, my time is precious and valuable. Please do not waste my time nor yours by trying to undermine my value and what I bring to the table. I am here to help, and I give, as well as, expect professional respect and courtesy. Please do not ask for a quote if you will not review or engage in dialogue once you receive it. We make an investment in your project the second we send a quote and to not here back or have you even view the quote is plain rude and a waste of a professional time and resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is unique and has different needs. I like to meet with a potential client via phone, Skype or face-to-face if at all possible to gain a better understanding of them and/or their business goals. A plan is then derived in partnership with the client that includes measurable objectives, outcomes and which fits within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Masters in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Administration, Policy and Policy, and completed all my class work to date for a PhD in Social Work with a concentration in Social Policy Analysis and Administration. I have over 25 years experience in direct service and administrative positions in various social service settings and have worked with numerous non-profit and for-profit entities, and state and federal government agencies for over 12 years in a consultant basis.
