Tameka is very knowledgeable when it comes to getting fit. Her experience as a track and field athlete gives a different perspective to what fitness is. Tameka is very dedicated and patient when it comes to personal training. In addition, she caters the workout to the individual. I really love working with Tameka because she challenges me so that I can reach my goals. I would recommend Jameson Elite 100%!

The first day is a combination of orientation and light work. Quality, but light. Nothing overwhelming, yet affective.
