Service tech lack communication and knowledge. My problem was with my dryer which I provided info as to what has already been done (we checked for vent clogs already) yet tech only blamed to be a clogged somewhere and never really open up the unit to inspect. I gave the tech 3 chances to stop by to resolve the issue since I have already provided the payment for the repair and they didnt resolve the issue. Tech never call to follow up and chasing tech down to get them answer text and to let you know of a time and date they will stop by is a hit or miss. Its like as the paying customer, you have to work around the tech's schedule and pay him money for something you have already done. I even did the research for him and found out the problem with my dryer is a common problem with the blower fan as many has posted on an online forum with picture showing how to fix it. As we are not professional as the tech claimed to be, we didnt attempt to fix it ourselves and rather have him do it. I was then told that "do not believe in the stuff on the internet". Yet he never bothered to open up the unit.. The blower of my dryer hasnt been working and still not working which has nothing to do with a clogged Vent. After a month of back and forth, I think I can say I have given this company enough time to get back to me with a solution which they did not. No communication skills and lack of knowledge of what they claimed to be a pro in. So no, if there is no star i will give you no star. I will NEVER EVER use this company again nor do I recommend this company to anyone.

Jose did a wonderful job fixing our washer! The price was very reasonable and although he had to come back a second time, he did not leave until he knew that it was working correctly. He also advised me that he is always available to service our other appliances as needed. What a relief to be able to do our laundry again! Thank you to a trustworthy company!!
