- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the frequency of weekly/monthly sessions, whether the client desires private, couple, group training or home-based training. I have tools to train you at home. I build packages to fulfill your needs and offer monthly specials. The first session is free and consists of a comprehensive consultation and evaluation with 30 to 45 minutes workout.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is free and consists of a comprehensive consultation. I take your body fat percentage, measurements, listen to your needs and discuss your goals! I will evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, posture, and body mechanical functionality. You will be conducted a complete medical history included any medications you may be taking. This is important to know if you have a history of diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, circulatory issues or anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two 4 years bachelors degree, first in Physical Education and the other one in Nutrition. I am a certified specialist in functional training by Institute of Human Performance, i have graduate studies in Sports Training and Sports Nutrition, 2 certification as a personal trainer, American Sports Fitness & Association, and World Fitness Association.
