- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $90 per month. We have ZERO hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to see the pool and equipment. We suggest items that need replacing/repair. We start right away, and maintain the pool on a once per week basis, on the same day of the customers choosing. We email a service report at the completion of each service to the customer which includes: a photo of their pool, tasks performed, chemical readings, any chemicals that were added, and any additional service notes.
