- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is an initial discovery phone call to briefly go through the details of the project and the goals. We then create a marketing strategy and/or mock site for the client. Once approved, work begins. We provide weekly reports so the client is constantly in the loop. We believe in getting the ball rollin', getting things done, and constant communication with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Rosie and I have been in the industry for over 13 years. After working together in a very reputable agency, Rosie as the Senior Web Developer & I as the Lead Marketing Specialist, we decided to pursue our dream of owning our own agency & do what we love while giving back to the community. We are Google Partners.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I get started in college when I got a job for a B2B company in Miami as office manager. Being the office manager I wore many hats, one being the marketing manager as well. I realized I was really enjoying learning how to get the website done and do online marketing. So, my last year of university I did an internship in London at a media production company called Media Spaces, where I assisted the VP of marketing with 2 main projects. One - help create and launch new website. Two - help create and execute online marketing plan. This internship experience has solidified my career goals and 5 years later I'm co-founder of my own company.
