FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually work on a project basis. We price fairly and often work like a consultant. We’re a small team in the same way that a Navy Seal team is a small team—excellent and effective.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a conversation to discuss the goals of the project (and maybe the company), who the target is, and what successes and failures the company has had in the past. From there we like to learn what similar projects they have seen in the market that they like, and why they like it. After getting the bigger picture we develop the details of the project that can best meet their criteria and either begin work or develop a creative brief (depending on size and complexity of the project).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience working with advertising agencies and corporate creative teams for both small and large companies. We have managed as many as 25 creatives in 7 offices and growing departments from print only to web, mobile, TV and animation. We act as creative and marketing consultants for larger clients and creative developers for everyone. Laura has Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) PIV Contractor Badge clearance.
