About this pro
Best pet sitter in the Dayton area. Very reliable and trustworthy. It is always a comfort to know your pets are being taken care of when you are away from home. Mary Beth Wyss treats my pets as if they were her own. I highly recommend her services!Mar 6, 2018
Spoiler Alert has worked for us for almost three years. Mary Beth has been consistent, reliable, kind, understanding, trusted and completely adored and loved by our dogs. I am unable to walk my dogs and she has provided a valuable service to us which has enabled us to keep our pets. We trust her with our home and our pets. Mary Beth and Spoiler alert are a very special pet service.Jan 27, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $17 per single 30 minute visit. Customers who use my services five days a week get a $5 discount, so $80 per week. The fee for overnight care for dogs is $60/24 hour period, which includes breakfast & potty break, noon walk, dinner & potty break and bedtime potty break and snuggles. Overnight cat care is usually 2 visits/24 hour period, which includes meals, litter box scooping, clean-up and disposal. I do offer boarding at my house for pets under 30# which is $40/24 hour period and includes one walk per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a free meet & greet at the client's home. I get to know the client and their pet and the types of services they are interested in. I present contact paperwork to be filled out and a contract to be signed. I review the services and prices. And we set up a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified by Pet Sitters International and have been trained by SICSA with my pet, and I use their training to work with the pets I'm responsible for.
