Unprofessional. No call no show is not cool!! If you don't want the job and cant do it, you & your service have a responsibility to contact the people who are hiring you and say so. It is disrespectful and discourteous to our time. We counted on you!r service. All the while, My husband & I were very flexible with his schedule changes, friendly and patient with this guy. Joshua made an appointment with me for Saturday at 3pm to haul away items. He was a No Call, No Show, at time of appointment. I contacted "Pro" -Joshua after 30 minutes of not meeting for our appointment. Josh said he was on other jobs and would be over in 2 hours. I replied that it was cool to come later, but took mental note this was a bad sign. Two hours later, he did not show up. He did not contact me. So, I sent another message asking what his plans were and at 5:30pm, he said he was on his way. I told him we have to leave the property as we waited over 2.5 hours. I asked him to stop by and access our situation anyway, so he can remove another time. Joshua said he couldn't find my property location and would return the next day to get trash removal project done. Next day, at 9 am, once again NO Call No text No show. So We called Sunday afternoon to ask what was happening he said his mom was in hospital and hurried off the phone. Again Joshua said he would do it tomorrow. Third day of contact... nothing. Very disappointed as we had loads of work for this client.
