Hired to fix kitchen sink faucet couple months back Sept 23rd 2016 to be exact. Installed new faucet by asking for more money. Agreed to pay since we needed it fixed. Found out later that day hot water flow so low you can't use it. Tried to reach him to come look at it. After giving me run around for few weeks, he started ignoring my messages pretending to be someone else and I'm texting wrong number. Extremely disappointed as I felt like I had to pay extra to create a new problem. Very unprofessional and poor service. I had to hire someone else thru Thumbtack yesterday to put a whole new faucet as it was diagnosed by new guy that hot water line was twisted so bad that water wasn't flowing. it had to be replaced. I had my terrible experience memory back. save your time and money and hassle!!
