- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By CT law real estate commissions are negotiable. Our office does have a policy that we stick by so each client pays the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We realize a real estate transaction takes time, so we like to set up a no cost no obligation consultation meeting. We encourage questions and we ask questions to see if we are good fit to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since 1988, while I am veteran I have kept up with technology and new methods of selling.
