Zach is by far thee best carpet cleaner I have ever had clean my carpets!!! He is very thorough, professional, detail oriented, and a super hard worker!!! His costs are more than reasonable and will do what it takes to make sure you are happy with his work. My carpets look fabulous! Thanks Z !

Perfextion Carpet Cleaning is wonderful! Friendly, helpful in addressing problem areas, and quick. I have used other carpet cleaners and when they left my carpets were very wet and took a long time to dry, not so with Perfextion, they dried quickly. I will use and recommend Perfextion many times over!

They came in and did my my carpets they did a pretty good job except my carpets were wet for 3 days. My carpets were bad and they a lot better, however when they dried there was still some pretty ragged spots but still look better than they did.

Pricing varies based on the customer, residential vs property management vs commercial all have different pricing schemes. My prices are reasonable. Feel free to text or call whenever you have a question or concern and I'd be happy to help.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the needs of the customer. Discuss areas of major concern. Further ask if they have any special requirements to getting the job done. Accommodate the information given to the best of our abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been successfully cleaning carpets on my own for over two years. I have been mentored by a 15+ years, self employed, carpet cleaner who has been through classes, experience, and hard economic times. I follow his example and make further improvements where I can to his guidance. I have worked with the largest property management company in Idaho since I started cleaning carpets and have been asked to take on greater responsibilities with the company.
