Sarah was my personal trainer for over a year and she is very knowledgeable and motivating, and also fun to train with. She helped me to become stronger and more confident and in the best shape of my life! I definitely recommend her whether you are new to working out or have been for many years. She will personalize your program according to your fitness level.

Sarah was extremely helpful and motivational during our training sessions. She was always pushing me to keep going and remained positive, even on the hard days. Sarah has this energy about her that makes your workout fun, unlike any other training experience I have had in the past. I loved training with Sarah. She listened to my expectations and helped me achieve my goals. I always looked forward to our sessions because she switched up what we were doing so it was always exciting. She was fun to talk to but still made sure I wasn't slacking and always managed to push me to work harder without me even realizing.
