What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We suggest couples start with $35 paid to Prepare Enrich for a very helpful online assessment. After that, if someone wants just to pay cash ($85) we bill through Paypal but if someone prefers billing through insurance, the fee is $125. All other therapy is $85 for cash and $125 for billing through insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel it is important to build a therapeutic relationship step by step. We also offer a website so that you can feel comfortable with my vast experience and training. After the basic intake forms are filled out, we schedule a Zoom call and send you a link to make it easy for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master's Level Psychologist. My newest training is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My clients have had incredible, fast and long lasting results from this treatment! For a complete list of my training, please visit HoxworthCounseling.com.
