- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be slightly negotiable depending on the nature of the job. It's hard to quote without actually seeing the location, so please provide as much information as possible in order to receive an accurate quote. Please be advised that any undisclosed information may result in a quote adjustment or refusal to perform service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, we will talk more about the nature of the job and set up an appointment. It's important that the customer relays their wants and needs. We may ask you to provide pictures of the location or even to do physical walk-through, prior to the start of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the AHLA in the Hospitality Gold Program. I also have 5+ years training and managing housekeepers on a military installation.
