- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing for our services but we do go by "quality isn't cheap and cheap isn't quality". We are in the business to make a living and to grow a respectable company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet face to face with the customer before the job is started and do a walk through of the job to be performed. Communication is key to getting the job done to the highest standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Texas Tech University's Horticulture program while running a lawn and landscape. I have been in the business for 14 years and will be able to help on any project you may have.
