- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, I reach out to the couple to introduce myself and see if we are a good fit for each other. After getting to know the couple or hostesses and their wants and needs, I compile a list of items that will be needed. We methodically go over them, assign to do lists and use this as our template moving forward. I will have preset times for vendor payments, insurances and anything that is needed to make this a flawless, effortless event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background comes chalked full of public speaking, management classes, marketing, sales, event management classes and more. Professionally I was in media for years. Personally I dealt with event management & creation, most of the most influential businesses in our area, sales, marketing and PR.
