FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our price is competitive, but our quality is higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers normally starts with a phone consultation. Then a face to face meeting with a written agreement in place, followed with an open line of communication until your event and then beyond.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At the young age of 5, my love of music lead me to my first drum set and shortly thereafter, I started taking lessons. I played in public for the first time at age 6 on a radio show that was live from Carnivelli's Music Store in Chicago, in 1966. I attended Luther South High School in Chicago, and It was there, that I found my passion for theatrical productions. In addition to music, I was trained by many directors and production managers in the art of lighting and sound. I was offered a position at the Candlelight Playhouse, but elected to stay with my current electrician position and DJing/managing Mobile Music.
