Our heater needed repair on a very cold and rainy day. I called the service number at 12:30 and received a 1-5 appointment. The tech that came out, had the best attitude and did a phenomenal job. I will continue to recommend Elite to my family and friends.

Sel came out and stayed over 3 hours to diagnose my system. He was very honest about what needed to be done and wanted to ensure that I made the right choice for my family! I will use them again!
