- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers: Utilizing a Buyer's Agent is FREE to a buyer, as agents pay to be a member of the MLS, as well as, other listing platforms and access properties through those services. The seller has already negotiated and agreed to pay brokerage commissions. Sellers: Berkshire Hathaway Home Services is a full-service brokerage, providing top notch expertise from staging your home, to strategic on-line and social media marketing, negotiating optimal contract terms, and partnering with esteemed lending and title experts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I like to meet my new customers and talk about their needs and expectations. I find that valuable in determining how best to help them achieve their real estate goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University. Additionally, I have attained my Broker Associate, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. Each of these required additional training, testing and provided me with knowledge to give my clients a competitive edge.
